Volunteer for Spectra

We invest our time and energy into our volunteers

We are looking for people like you to help us keep providing quality HIV prevention, awareness and support services, and sexual health information, to our communities in Central and West London.

Gain experience that will help to build your CV

Our volunteers undertake roles in different settings: they help us with our office duties (data input, 24s service packing up) and/or during outreach and testing sessions, by engaging with our potential clients and encouraging them to benefit from our free of charge services. These are skills that will enhance your CV.

Meet new people

Volunteering is also a good opportunity to meet new people that have the same interests and passion for health and wellbeing as you. During your volunteering, you will be in touch with other volunteers and members of staff from Spectra, and from other organisations.

Enjoy yourself and gain satisfaction from doing something good!

As a peer led organisation, we encourage volunteering applications from people that want to give something back to their own communities.

Get in touch!

We have different volunteer opportunities available and training will be provided, so even if you don’t have a background in our field we will still welcome your application.
If you are interested in volunteering with us and would like to find out more about what volunteering roles we have available and how to join our team, please get in touch with us using the contact details below. We look forward to hearing from you!
