Groups for people of trans experience, non-binary and questioning individuals
As always in our in person groups, we have changing facilities available for those who wish to change into more gender affirming clothing once within our safe space. Our venues are wheelchair accessible, if you have a disability and need additional support, please email trans@spectra-london.org.uk.
At all groups, we offer light refreshments and try to cater for dietary requirements, we also offer a vegan option.
Our flagship trans group in Soho occurs at St. Anne’s church in Dean street, on the first Thursday of the month between 6pm and 8pm.
The nearest tube station is Piccadilly Circus, the nearest accessible tube station is Green Park.
Our non-binary group in Soho meets at St. Anne’s church in Dean street, on the third Thursday of the month between 6pm and 8pm. The nearest tube station is Piccadilly Circus, the nearest accessible tube station is Green Park.
Our West London trans group is based at Brunel University London in the Meeting house, runs every second Sunday between 3pm and 5pm. The nearest tube station is Uxbridge which is a 22 minute walk from the venue, there is also a bus (the U3) from Uxbridge station to Brunel university, this lets out opposite to Marie Jahoda which is the building in front of the meeting house.
Free Parking: go to the main entrance at Kingston lane and press the button at the barrier and tell security that you are attending an event at the meeting house. There is free parking (pay and display is not enforced on Sundays) by the pond and the meeting house is across the road from the pond, behind the Marie Jahoda building.

Empowerment is a key feature of the online social groups and Spectra’s trans programme engages the knowledge, energy & experience of service users, mentors, volunteers and staff of trans experience, providing peer led mentoring, workshops, podcasts, peer support and counselling that work to build resilience, resourcefulness, skills and strength for the trans and non-binary community.
