Serana (she/her pronouns) is responsible for delivering our 4-year Empowerment & Support Programme for people who self-identify as trans, gender non-conforming, non-binary or questioning.
Prior to joining the Spectra team in April 2019, Serana had worked in residential social care, support and housing settings with vulnerable client groups for over 15 years. She is experienced with multi-disciplinary team management and service delivery operations.
