Rahil is Therapeutic Services Manager and Deputy Safeguarding Lead for Spectra, alongside working as Senior Trainer at Gendered Intelligence and holding a small private practice. Having begun their transition in 2015 as part of their journey to live as their authentic self, they recognise the struggle of existing in between a multitude of identities. They have been involved in the charity sector since 2018 and are passionate about developing support for and within the LGBTQ+ and POC communities. Outside of work they enjoy reading, Bhanghra Dance classes and attending Desi Concerts.
