Joel joined the Spectra team in late November 2024. He brings over 20 years of experience in HIV, Sexual Health, and advocacy for trans and gender diverse health. He has held senior roles throughout his career, most recently as Acting Co-CEO and Director of Services at METRO Charity.
Joel recognises the creative and impactful work Spectra does. He is committed to ensuring the continued delivery and growth of our peer-led services to the diverse communities we support, as well as advocating for their rights. With his leadership, we’re confident in our ability to build on our successes and expand our reach even further.
