Sexual Health Community Outreach Manager

Pamela Cuthill (she/her) is the Sexual Health Community Outreach Manager at Spectra, providing comprehensive services that include supporting vulnerable and socially excluded adults across NW and SW London. She has a professional background in substance misuse, mental health, and frontline work with rough sleepers and people affected by the prison system. Alongside this she is experienced in community engagement and trauma-informed practice, and is committed to ensuring equitable access to sexual health services for those who face the greatest barriers. She oversees the HIV Prevention and Support Services, and the Sexual Health Outreach Prevention and Engagement (SHOPE) Service – outreach for rough sleepers, people affected by substance use, refugees, young people, and individuals involved in sex work.
