Kieran Foster

Kieran Foster (she/he/they) is a Peer Support Worker and co-creator of the Red Iris Project with Spectra’s Community Sexual Health Outreach Team. Drawing on their own lived experience of HIV, they support others with empathy and respect, helping people build confidence, navigate their diagnosis, and connect with inclusive community resources.

Kieran has a background in counselling, psychology, and LGBTQ+ community work, and is committed to creating safe, non-judgemental spaces where service users feel understood and empowered
