Kay Andall

With over 19 years of experience in Health and Social Care across both the UK and NYC, Kay brings a strong foundation in advocacy, safeguarding, and frontline support. Her journey began as a support worker during university, inspired by grassroots activism and a deep desire to empower others. Since then, she has worked across mental health, learning disabilities, domestic abuse, sexual exploitation, and modern slavery sectors, holding roles such as Advocate, Exploitation Interventionist, Team Manager and Service Manager.

Beyond Kay’s professional life, she is an artist, social media content creator for multiple brands, a proud Notting Hill Carnival band manager, and a cat mum to three. Kay was drawn to organisations like Spectra for their commitment to values driven, person centred care and creative approaches to support.
