Carys is the joint Head of Counselling & Wellbeing, and also the ALEX Project Therapy Manager, overseeing the sex worker therapy service, supporting trainee therapists, and delivering 1:1 counselling and creative therapy groups. 

Carys is a dance & movement psychotherapist, performer, and programme manager for community arts programmes, helping to connect and heal communities through creativity and expression.
