Belito Bale

Belito Bale (he/him) has been at Spectra since 2022. He is an independent advocate in our trans health advocacy service supporting trans, gender non-conforming and questioning people to navigate healthcare systems in the UK. He also coordinates training for healthcare professionals in Buckinghamshire, with sessions focusing on trans identity and LGBTQIA inclusion. Belito has a background in student union organising, training, campaigning and community building, with a specific focus on LGBTQIA issues.
