Abi Hood

Abi Hood is the Family Support Social Worker at Spectra. They support those living with or affected by HIV, and their loved ones, to navigate challenges, build on their strengths, and make informed choices about their lives and wellbeing. Abi has experience working alongside many families, including those who have survived trafficking, modern slavery, homelessness and domestic abuse. Their approach is rooted in anti-oppressive, trauma-informed, and inclusive practice, with a strong commitment to empowering individuals.

Abi enjoys spending time outdoors on their bike and going to the cinema.
