Explore your thoughts, feelings, and behaviours in a one-on-one setting with a trained. therapist
Some common areas of focus are:
- Exploring sexuality, gender identity, sexual behaviour, relationship preferences/styles
- Sexual wellbeing, kink, pleasure
- Relationships, boundaries, consent
- Self-esteem, exploring feelings of shame
- Sexual trauma
- Stigma/discrimination, sexual bullying
- HIV+ support
- Sexual health anxiety
- Exploring the impact of a sexual health diagnosis
- Supporting people wanting to make changes to their relationship with pornography, sexualised drug or alcohol use/chemsex, sexual risk-taking
