Living Well workshop – for people living with HIV
March 2 @ 6:00 pm - 9:00 pm

Spectra has created a new online workshop series for people who live, work or socialise in Croydon. Across four sessions, we will cover everything from U=U (Undetectable=Untransmittable) and treatment, to disclosure, immigration, financial wellbeing, and ageing well with HIV.
Whether you’re newly diagnosed or long-term living with it, we’ll provide you with tools that empower you to make informed, confident decisions, in a space free from stigma.
The workshops will take place over three Mondays in March, 6-9pm, online, and will cover different topics such as:
- Dealing with and understanding your diagnosis
- Treatment
- U=U
- Disclosing your status
- Stigma
- Sex & relationships
- Ageing well with HIV
