About the Role

Help change how organisations work with sex workers.

Are you a natural relationship builder who enjoys bringing people together, deliver training and creating positive change?

Spectra is looking for an enthusiastic and proactive Training & Community Partnerships Coordinator to help us strengthen our Sex Worker Support Service and improve the support available to sex workers across London.

You'll deliver engaging training for professionals and partner organisations, build meaningful community partnerships, take part in outreach and help ensure that sex workers voices and experiences shape the services available to them.

This a people focused role for someone who wants to challenge stigma, share knowledge and turn collaboration into action. You'll join a supportive, lived experience team where your ideas, relationships and commitment to community led change can make a real difference.

Working closely with the Head of Sex Worker Support Services and colleagues across Spectra, you will help connect communities, develop new opportunities for collaboration and share learning that leads to meaning improvements in practice.
