Spectra is looking for a compassionate, community-minded and proactive Community Outreach and Case Worker to join our Sex Worker Support Services – The Alex Project team. This is an opportunity to work directly alongside sex workers, build trusted relationships and provide practical, meaningful support to people who may face barriers when accessing health, wellbeing and other essential services.
You will be part of our ALEX team (Advocates with Lived Experience), delivering community outreach and one-to-one casework across Southeast and Southwest London. From providing sexual health information and connecting people with testing services to supporting individuals with housing, safety, legal issues, debt and access to specialist services, your work will help people navigate challenges and take steps towards their own goals.
