Lou Riggs

Lou Riggs (they/he) is on the sexual health team as an HIV Outreach Worker, and works with the Pyramid Young People’s LGBTQ Social Group as a sessional worker. They started out as an HIV Testing volunteer with Positive East in 2023, and joined Spectra as staff in May 2025.

Lou spends most of his time travelling around West London visiting community venues and health events with plastic sperm keyrings, HIV testing supplies, an often comedic variety of leaflets, and a tote bag full of condoms and lube. They chat with folks of all ages from different backgrounds to provide accessible sexual health and wellbeing information, perhaps in a library near you soon!
