Laura Saxton

Laura Saxton (she/her) is the People and Culture Development Manager at Spectra. She shapes the organisation’s people strategy, leading on initiatives, policies, and processes that strengthen culture and engagement. Laura is particularly passionate about staff wellbeing and embedding Equity, Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging throughout the organisation.

Her experience in the arts and culture sector brings a creative perspective to her work. She is also studying part-time at The Gestalt Centre to become a therapist. Laura is based in Margate, where she enjoys the sea and the vibrant queer creative community.
