Dex Bruch (They/Them) is an integrative humanistic therapist with a specialisation in creative arts and play therapy. With a background in gender identity work and extensive experience with young people (YP), Dex provides a compassionate and inclusive space for exploration and healing. Their practice is grounded in both traditional and creative approaches, blending integrative humanistic techniques with art and play therapies.

Currently, Dex works as a counsellor at Spectra CIC , as a freelance counsellor at Galop and maintains a private practice serving LGBTQ+ clients.

 In addition, they volunteer with Gendered Intelligence and serve as a French translator for Pink Therapy’s GSRD training, reflecting their dedication to fostering inclusivity within therapeutic spaces.

As a native French speaker, they also bring multilingual skills to their practice, offering services in English and French, with a good understanding of Spanish and Catalan,. Their warm, creative, and flexible approach makes them a valuable resource for clients seeking a supportive environment tailored to their unique identities and experiences.
