The World AIDS Day Red Run is back! We are going back to Victoria Park, in East London for our 16th year on 21st November. Run or walk 10km or 5km, fundraising for the HIV charity of your choice and spend a day with thousands of people from all around the UK, guaranteeing you a day of fun with DJs, performances, food and loads of cheering.
Following up last year’s release of the 2030 HIV Action Plan, where the Government outlined its commitment to end all HIV transmissions by 2030, we want to make sure we can continue our vital work in supporting people living with HIV, through our peer support work and preventing new transmissions via our awareness raising work.

We are inviting you – our friends, and supporters – to run, walk, or jog with us, and fundraise for Spectra.
Your support helps us deliver life-changing work, including:
- Free HIV testing across London, with a focus in historically under-served communities
- Free information and resources-sharing
- Peer-led services for trans, non-binary and LGBTQ+ communities and SWers
- Workshops, outreach and advocacy that challenge stigma and improve access to care
- Support groups, counselling and wellbeing sessions for people in need
Be part of the movement:
1. Register for the RED RUN
Head to the official RED RUN site and sign up. Select Spectra as your chosen charity.
2. Set up your fundraising page
Once registered, you’ll receive a fundraising page where you can share your story and invite friends and family to sponsor your run. (While fundraising isn’t mandatory, please be aware that the registration fee only covers event costs – any additional fundraising directly supports Spectra HIV services.)
3. Spread the word
Post about your run on social media, tag @Spectra_London on Instagram, LinkedIn or Bluesky, and help us raise awareness!
