Simone (she/her) is Health, Wellbeing and Inclusion Manager at Southeastern Railway, where she supports the design and delivery of their Wellbeing and Inclusion strategy. She joined Spectra CIC’s Board of Directors in November 2024, bringing over eight years of experience in Human Resources, including global roles within FTSE 100 companies.
Simone has established and managed lived-experience-led services within healthcare, reflecting her commitment to co-production and inclusive practice. With a career centred on wellbeing and inclusion, she is passionate about advancing Spectra’s vision of a future where all people can reach their full potential and live free from discrimination and hatred.
