Saielle DaSilva

Saielle DaSilva is a product leader who works across design, data and AI. Over fifteen years she has built and led product and design teams at Pivotal, StepStone, Cazoo and Sainsbury’s, and now runs Intentionaut, an independent interim and fractional product-leadership practice. She has spoken on product leadership and inclusive design at Mind the Product London, Turing Fest and Business of Software.

Saielle is trans and neurodivergent. Much of her work comes back to a single question: who is a system actually built for, and who does it quietly leave out? She brings that lens to Spectra’s board, alongside the practical work of turning strategy into services people can rely on.
