What it offers

This service is for young people who live, study, work or socialise in the above London boroughs.

Our service is designed to support young people who may face barriers to accessing mainstream services, and to help reduce sexual health inequalities across the region.

Our support is flexible and responsive to young people’s needs, and can include:

  • RSHE (relationships, sexual health and sex education) group sessions in schools, colleges and community settings
  • Sexual health outreach including condom distribution and STI prevention support, including chlamydia screening signposting
  • Targeted work with specific groups, including boys and young men (Wandsworth only) and LGBTQ+ young people
  • Clear referral routes into local sexual and reproductive health services and other support services
  • Professionals’ training on RSHE topics, and parent and carer workshops

All delivery is age‑appropriate, confidential and inclusive, and is shaped by local need.

We recognise that professionals, parents and carers often need guidance when supporting young people with sexual health, relationships or wellbeing concerns. You can contact us to discuss support options available.
