2026 is the year Spectra will launch new creative therapy groups
We're launching new groups for:
- LGBTQ+ people of colour (QPOC)
- Sex Workers
- Survivors of sexual violence and abuse
- open group (not experience specific)
The groups will be run by qualified therapists with lived experience of the issue / identity of the group (for example, the QPOC group would be run by a QPOC therapist) and supported by a sessional staff member. Groups will be fully accessible, meaning any translation, transport or additional support required by group participants will be provided.
When you donate as a Spectra Sponsor you are making these groups a reality and help us provide professional support and safe spaces for people subject to years long waiting lists for housing and healthcare.
