DESCRIPTION:Spectra has created a new online workshop series for people who live\, work or socialise in Croydon. Across four sessions\, we will cover everything from U=U (Undetectable=Untransmittable) and treatment\, to disclosure\, immigration\, financial wellbeing\, and ageing well with HIV. \nBook your slot. \nWhether you’re newly diagnosed or long-term living with it\, we’ll provide you with tools that empower you to make informed\, confident decisions\, in a space free from stigma. \nThe workshops will take place over three Mondays in March\, 6-9pm\, online\, and will cover different topics such as: \n\nDealing with and understanding your diagnosis\nTreatment\nU=U\nDisclosing your status\nStigma\nSex & relationships\nAgeing well with HIV
