- 1-2-1 services (mentoring & counselling): all sessions are offered online. Please contact your counsellor or mentor for more details.
- Trans social groups: the social group is offered online at the moment. Please find more details here and follow us on Facebook and twitter for the latest updates.
Mental Health
Infectious disease outbreaks, like the current Coronavirus, can be scary and can affect our mental health. While it is important to stay informed, there are also many things we can do to support and manage our wellbeing during such times.
Mental Health Foundation provides some tips about how to cope with the stress.
Keep healthy and be strong.
